You will need-

$1 frame from Dollar Tree
Crayons
1 large print out of the teacher’s initial, I recommend printing on heavy cardstock.
Hot glue gun

Remove the glass from the frame. Save this for another project.

Make a print out of the letter that you need. We set ours at a size 500 Arial font.  You can also go ahead and do their full name at the bottom.  We actually decided to do that part by hand with a sharpie.  It's totally up to you.

Lay your crayons down and mark where they need cut.  To cut lay them on a cutting board and cut carefully with a knife.  Turn the crayon if needed to get all the sides scored/ cut. You can snap the rest of the way to break.

Arrange the crayons in place and then remove one at a time and glue down.  I used hot glue but you could also use E6000.

When the glue is set, put in the frame.

Wrap it and give as a gift.

It took about 30 minutes to do each one and cost $5 to make each.
